“As a gynecologist, it is important for me to be able to care for you using the latest research knowledge and medicine, and to offer my patients a high degree of empathy and dedication.”
Born and raised in Saarbrücken, the son of a family of architects, Dr. Dietz
graduated from the Ludwig humanistic gymnasium in Saarbrücken, Germany in 1979.
After military service, he studied medicine and earned his doctorate degree at the University of Saarland. He took up his residency years training under the observation of well-known professors in Frankenthal, Saarbrücken and Mainz. After his medical specialty training was completed, he was appointed by his first boss and star gynecologist, Professor Dr. Heinen, to be his successor. During his younger years, due to his family situation and his parents’ interest in art, culture and architecture, Dr. Dietz had already shown an interest in painting and sculpture, which is still today his main hobby, along with golfing. In addition to gynecology, an enthusiasm for artistic values and forms are reflected in his aesthetic medicine and procedures, as well.
After 25 years of gynecological practice in Saarbrücken, Dr. Dietz wanted to take on a new role in a more international environment and has therefore taken over the practice of his esteemed colleague, Dr. med. Stech, at the turn of 2017/2018. He enjoys sharing his comprehensive knowledge and operational skills regularly at congresses, workshops and trainings with patients. His patients benefit from sound, attentive and professional support, as well as additional cooperation with other colleagues.
